Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 2026
Dream Bigger Ventures LLC, doing business as "Dream Bigger Squad" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), is a California limited liability company registered in Sacramento, California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit dbsquad.co (the "Site") or otherwise interact with us, including by phone or text message, whether you are a partner or customer engaging with us directly, or someone we contact on behalf of a business we are contracted to provide sales, scheduling, or customer service functions for (see Section 4 below).
By using the Site or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
Contact information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number, or that a client business provides to us so we can contact you on their behalf (see Section 4).
Business contact information sourced from third-party providers, such as sales intelligence or contact data platforms, used to identify prospective business contacts for outbound calling as part of our sales services (see Section 4 for how this relates to text messaging consent).
Communications you send us, including messages submitted through web forms, email, or text message.
Usage information, such as pages visited on the Site, browser type, and device information, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 2 below).
Information related to our services, if you engage with Dream Bigger Squad as a client, prospect, or partner, such as business details, contracts, and information shared in the course of the sales or advisory services we provide.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to operate the Site and to collect usage analytics (such as pages visited, time on site, and referral source).
When you visit the Site, you will see a cookie banner where you can manage your preferences across three categories:
Necessary: required to enable core site functionality and to remember your preferences and choices, such as language settings. These are always on and cannot be disabled.
Performance and Analytics: used to measure website visits, traffic sources, and site performance. Off by default; only used if you turn them on.
Advertising: used to serve ads relevant to your interests. Off by default; only used if you turn them on.
You can update your preferences at any time by returning to the cookie settings available on the Site.
Squarespace's own handling of this data is described in Squarespace's Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, available at squarespace.com. We do not control third-party cookie practices beyond the settings Squarespace's platform provides us.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
Communicate with you about our services and engagements, including by phone, email, and text message
Provide our managed B2B sales services and advisory services to client companies
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number to us, you may receive text messages related to sales inquiries, appointment scheduling, or customer service, depending on your relationship with us or with the client business we represent.
Consent. We may use third-party business contact or sales intelligence providers to identify prospective business contacts for outbound calling. Sourcing a phone number for calling purposes does not by itself mean we will send text messages to that number. We only send text messages to individuals who have separately and affirmatively opted in to receive them directly from us. We do not send text messages to a number solely because it appeared in a purchased or third-party contact list.
No Sharing for Marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message Frequency & Cost. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hello@dbsquad.co.
If You Are a Customer or Prospect of a Business We Represent. This Policy applies to you even if you have never visited the Site, if you receive a call or text message from us because we have been engaged to provide sales, scheduling, or customer service functions on behalf of that business. In that case:
The business you have a relationship with has provided us your contact information, or you have provided it directly to us, for the purpose of that engagement.
We use your information only to carry out the services we have been contracted to provide to that business, and not for our own independent marketing purposes or on behalf of any other client.
Your information is not shared with any other client we work with.
Both this Policy and the privacy policy of the business we represent may apply to how your information is handled overall. If you have questions about the underlying business relationship itself, you may also wish to contact that business directly.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
With service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., email delivery, phone/SMS services, website hosting through Squarespace), under obligations to protect it and use it only for the purposes we specify
With client businesses you have separately engaged with, where you have interacted with us as part of services we provide on that client's behalf
If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dream Bigger Squad, our users, or others
In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
